The ChatGPT plugin receives only the technical metadata and optional Mac facts that you choose to send. The service parses that information to produce a diagnostic report. It does not receive a video or audio file, access your Mac, use an external AI model, or fetch third-party URLs.

Remove filenames, file paths, titles and personal fields before submitting a report. If accidentally included, those fields are not copied into the returned report. The service does not write metadata or reports to a database, cache or application log. Input is processed in request memory only and is not retained by the application after the request completes.

Cloudflare hosts the service and processes connection information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect requests, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. Worker telemetry persistence is disabled. OpenAI processes your chat and tool results under your OpenAI account's terms and privacy settings; those records are separate from this service.

No analytics cookies, advertising trackers, user accounts or purchase data are collected by this plugin. There is no application history to retrieve or delete. You can stop using or disconnect the plugin at any time. Contact us with privacy questions or requests about data under our control.
